TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. HANDLING/TRANSFER FEES & PENALTIES

All Fees & Penalties shall be paid by the buyer upon pickup.

For GGOSH Items, Unclaimed Items shall incur a penalty of P10 every week of stay in the DA.

For Transferred Items, penalties vary from DA to DA. Claiming of items within 2-3 days upon dropping is highly recommended to avoid penalties.
2. UNCLAIMED/PENDING ITEMS

All Unclaimed/Pending Transferred Items shall be returned to GGOSH AFTER 30 days.

Transfer Fees shall be deducted from Droppers' Available Fund.
SELLERS MUST:
1. Follow up on remit if your item has been claimed.
2. Request for Pull-out or Transfer within 60 days.
3. Follow-up & Request for Pull-out HERE.

GGOSH shall no longer be liable for Unclaimed/Pending Items AFTER 60 days.

Pull-out Requests for Unclaimed/Pending Items AFTER 60 days shall be denied.

All Unclaimed/Pending Items shall be deleted from Main Database AFTER 60 days.
3. PULL-OUT ITEMS

Returned Transferred Items shall reflect on Dropper's Database once Ready For Pull-out.

Transfer Fees of Returned Transferred Items shall be deducted from Dropper's Fund. No Pull-out Fees, Just TF.

GGOSH shall no longer be liable for Unclaimed Items for Pull-out AFTER 30 days and shall dispose of the items in a manner it sees fit. All Unclaimed Items For Pull-out shall be deleted from Main Database AFTER 60 days.
4. CASH-OUT

For Direct Dropped Items, Cash-out shall be available immediately once item has been claimed.

For Transferred Items, Cash-out shall only be available upon Cash Remittance from Partners.
Remittance Update is scheduled after Transfer Day. Remittance Lists are sent to the Group Chat once updated on Main Database. -
Always present any Valid ID upon Cash-out to confirm your identity. No ID, No Cash-out.
5. UNCLAIMED FUNDS

If Funds remain unclaimed after 60 days from date of transaction, Dropper agrees that an administrative fee of P100 per month unclaimed or 2% of the fund, whichever is higher, shall be deducted from the Total Fund.

Dropper must provide accurate List of Item Details (Seller Name, Buyer Name, Amount, Date Claimed).

All claims must be requested within 90 days from date of transaction, otherwise, the same shall be denied.
6. DROPPING GUIDELINES
1. Pack your items properly & completely sealed - For FRAGILE & Perishable Items, GGOSH shall not be liable for any product damage due to poor packaging.
2. Ensure packages are completely labelled:

3. Drop your items at GGOSH.
*No Fees upon dropping. All fees shall be paid by the buyer.
4. Wait for you buyers to claim their parcels.
5. Claim your available funds once your items are claimed. Always bring any valid ID upon cash-out.
